New Bath Room Scale

Tag:No Tags

Why did I but one? Because I thought that I had lost some weight. That’s exactly what it read. . .75.6 kg and I was 80 kg plus before. Right I told myself I need to maintain this achievement and best to have a scale at home to monitor my weight.

Grab the scale and paid 35 ringgit for it. Hurried home and once at home I took out the wrapings and the packaging. Made adjustment to read zero, placed it on the floor and stood on it. Guess what, I actually weight 82.5kg ( disappointment ) . So how can it showed I weight less just now. I realized that it was the card board wrapping around the scale. When I used it in the department store, it was still inside it’s card board package and the card board had a dampen effect on the reading.

Well so much for my short lived “achievement” but it is a good buy as now it will serve as a motivation to cut down my weight. As advised earlier by my doctor I need to achieve a BMI of 25. Now my current BMI is 29 so to reach 25 I need to cut down to 70kg. This is 12.5 kg off from my current weight.
