TheSelfStarters is where Cornelius Gee (that’s me in the photo above) wishes to create a blog where he can occasionally placed in one place his daily journey, his thoughts and experiences as a full time home worker making his living online and offline. He does this for various reasons;
- Because he wish to share his online experience with others.
- Because he found something interesting or usefull and thought others might find it interesting or usefull too.
- Because he doesn’t have a good memory and wants to find the information later.
You may ask how will these help you? Well I do sincerely hope that all these can help you but then again these might not. However if you are reading this site, then it’s possible that some of the contents in this blog might. So happy reading and feel free to comment.

Cornelius Gee is a full time home based worker. Home is Labuan, an island, only 90sq km. The island is located in Malaysia off the coast of Brunei and Sabah and in the South China sea. It’s a tropical island with lots of beautifull beaches, sunshines and clear blue waters.
So together with his wife they run a number of online businesses and websites. Two examples of these are www.MyFancyShop.com and www.FlatTVexpress.com.
All these started in 2004, when they decided to find an alternative mean to making a living but at the same time allow them to be with their daughters and family members. They decided that the internet allows them to achieve this. Thus this is the road they have taken.
The journey has started and is ongoing. However the important thing is that they have achieved one of their aim, that is to be together with their daughters and loved ones. This should be the case as a family.
